Veranda
<

Veranda is a sun protection system that works at any angle of inclination. The brackets assigned to this system have a narrow plate which gives the opportunity to mount them on a small area. The used acrylic or Waterproof fabrics provide effective protection against excessive sunlight, The polyester Soltis 92 fabrics additionally allow daylight to pass through. In the modular system, each module has separate guide rails connected by one bracket.
Veranda has a built-in fabric tensioning system, which guarantees efficient, collision-free work when rolling and unrolling the material into the cassette as well as the aesthetic appearance of the tight fabric. Durability and reliability are ensured by a solid structure made of extruded aluminium powder coated in the selected colour (from SELT palette).

Type
of fabrics

Acrylic
fabrics
Acrylic fabrics guarantee the highest quality of the product, ensuring thermal comfort and protection against UV radiation. Made of 100% acrylic fibre dyed in chemical solution, they provide excellent protection against colour loss.
SOLTIS 92
Polyester technical fabric coated with PVC which is manufactured with patented technology Precontraint Ferrari®. The unique technology gives the fabric high stability and protects it against deformations even in large size systems.
Waterproof fabrics
Waterproof acrylic fabrics are characterized by increased resistance to leaking ~ 1000 mm of water column height. Weave structure together with modern impregnation technology provides high air permeability even on hot days. The Oeko-Tex® certificate guarantees that offered acrylic fabrics, subjected to special impregnation, are not toxic

Features of
Veranda system

01 / 04
Comfort
for the eyes
The Veranda system significantly increases the visual comfort in sunny rooms. Special fabrics reduce the formation of unfavourable contrasts, which is especially important when working at a computer or using multimedia tools.

Energy
saving
The Veranda system prevents overheating of rooms with large glazing, which further reduces the need for air conditioning and thus cuts down the energy consumption.
<
>
03 / 04
Easy assembly
The Veranda system is mounted with guide rail brackets and the cassette does not have to be attached to the surface. This offers many possibilities of using this system and is especially useful in the case of large glazing.

Frequently
asked questions

At what angle can Veranda systems be installed?
The systems can be mounted at any angle, but you need to be aware that if the system is mounted vertically, the cassette should be mounted on top so that the motor is not exposed to precipitation.
What is the difference between the Veranda system and the Veranda FTS system?
The Veranda FTS system is intended for larger areas and has two cassettes and two motors. In Veranda the tensioning system works through the means of a spring in the front bar, whereas in FTS version there is no spring.
Is modular installation possible?
Yes, both systems can be installed in a modular version. A modular bracket is used to connect the modules with each other.
What types of fabrics are available for Veranda systems?
For these systems we offer awning fabrics (for outside) and Soltis 92 polyester fabric. In the case of the latter, please note the dimensional limitations.
Does the spring have to be accurately centered in the front bar during installation?
Yes, it is necessary for the proper functioning of the system.
Can the cable clamps be mounted in any given place?
No, the clamps must always be as close as possible to the hooks at the corners of the front bar. If they are placed elsewhere, when opening or closing the system, the cable may be damaged or even broken which will in turn damage the entire system.
What do you need to pay attention to when ordering a system mounted to the ceiling?
Particular attention should be paid to the correct designation of the drive side – the drive side is ordered as if the system was mounted on the roof. However, during the assembly itself, the cassette is turned over which causes the drive side to change.
